GRAP IV
Centre’s air quality panel has invoked stricter pollution control measures for the Delhi-NCR under Stage 4 of the anti-pollution plan Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP).
Restrictions
Trucks (except for trucks carrying essential commodities/providing essential services) won’t be allowed to enter the national capital till Stage IV of the GRAP IV is in effect.
In GRAP IV Physical classes shall be discontinued for all students, apart from Classes 10 and 12. All schools will hold online classes, until further orders.
GRAP Stage 4 entails ban on diesel-run medium, heavy goods vehicles registered in Delhi (BS-IV or below), except those carrying essentials; classes, except for 10 and 12, will shift to online mode; children and elderly and those with cardiovascular problems are advised to stay indoors
